RHEA is currently recruiting a Senior Radio System Architect to support our client based in the United Kingdom. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Lead the system architecture of Next Generation Radio a multidisciplinary platform based on state of the art signal processing physical layer, RFICs, and innovative radio features targeted to lead the Satellite radio Market. Define, coordinate and technically lead the system architecture requirements and process with multidisciplinary groups RFAlgorithmVLSI SWVerificationSystemEngineering. Lead projects and features from idea to implementation. Hands on development of complex mechanisms to improve overall system performance and manufacturing optimizations. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory B.Sc in Electrical Engineering. M.Sc is an advantage. At least 5 years of handson experience in system architectures of multidisciplinary communication product. Experience in Modem Phy architecture. Experience in TxRx RF chain and RF impairments. Knowledge and experience in digital signal processing. Familiarity with SW requirements definition. Knowledge and experience in Phy communication. Knowledge and experience in phyRF advanced calibration technique Knowledge and experience in Phase array antenna implementation is an advantage Autodidact. Ability to technically lead and implement new subjects from scratch. Good communication skills and team player with management capabilities, ability to work with multitasking and dynamic environment. Creative, open to absorb and share knowledge and ideas. Preference will be given to candidates eligible for an EU or national personal security clearance at the level of SECRET or above.
