Job Purpose Working as a senior resourcer, you will be part of the resourcing team and work closely with the managing director, supporting the business with the day to day running of the engineering consultancy in the space industry in the UK, Europe and North America. Duties and Responsibilities ResourceRecruitment Support the sales team in administering and coordinating recruitment process. Recruit high level consultants for the space industry in the UK, Europe etc. Write adverts for vacancies on the specialised industry job boards. Manage the advert responses. Source for candidates by conducting CV searches and fill job vacancies. Filter through advert responses, screen and assess candidates according to their skills and experience against the clients specification. Brief candidates about what to expect at interview and what their role will involve at the client company. Ensure that accurate and timely notes are added to internal database. Weekly update meeting with sales team and managing director. Performance of adhoc duties to support the office and the managing director The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation. Essential Skills Recruitment experience is required. Technical knowledge preferably of Aerospace Industry would be an advantage. Good standard of English Language a second language would be an advantage. Computer literacy including developed skills in Microsoft Office applications Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and usage of databases. Excellent verbal, written, telephone, interpersonal and organisational skills. Proven ability to understandfollow policies, processes and procedure. Good team worker who is selfmotivated, flexible, takes initiative, works unsupervised and follows work discipline. Proactive with strong ability to multitask, manage variable workload and prioritise effectively. Accuracy and attention to detail.
