RHEA is currently recruiting a Senior Risk Manager with extensive Space Sector experience to ensure Risk Management Procedural compliance for the MultiPurpose Crew Vehicle European Service Module. Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Identifying risks and mitigation measures, in compliance with NPR8000.4A Agency Risk Management Procedural Requirements Fostering Risk Management processes to identify and help managed all risks and potential threats Maintaining a detailed Risk Register Interfacing between both clients and stakeholders for all matters relating to Risk and Risk Management Providing Weekly Risk Status Reports directly to the MPCVESM Project Management Office Ensuring compliance with NPR8000.4A Agency Risk Management Procedural Requirements at all times Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience Masters Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 7 years of professional work experience within the European Space sector including direct experience in interfacing with the European Space Agency and leading Prime Contractors Minimum of 5 years of direct Risk Management experience on ESArelated projects and mission Previous experience working on high profile ESA projects and missions, as well as an excellent understanding of ESA policies and procedures Expert understanding of ESA Risk Management Procedures in particular, the NPR8000.4A Agency Risk Management Procedural Requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Willingness to travel frequently Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential Please note that the specific location for this position is negotiable, however you should be available and willing to travel on a regular basis.
