We invite motivated, talented, and hardworking individuals to join us for an exciting new challenge. ispace Europe SA is looking for a highly motivated, creative and talented Marketing and Sales Associate to join its new team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be capable of taking initiative and solving problems in a fastpaced environment. Candidates should possess a proven record of effectively communicating and managing relationships to deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, execute and measure results of a strategic, integrated sales and marketing plan with a focus on sponsorship for lunar missions Develop a European sponsorship sales strategy, associated material, and attack plan Find customers and close sales Develop messaging, collateral and promotional materials, including copy writing, proofreading, and ensuring brand consistency across channels and platforms Promote company presence in Europe with roadshows, conferences, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and online content Develop and maintain relationships with European media and sponsors, manage press interviews and press conferences, and brief executives prior to media engagements Collaborate with and support ispaces international branding, promotion, and business development teams Actively seek out sponsorship opportunities, develop materials for presentations, and close deals. Supervise external agencies and vendors as needed REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales or equivalent 57 years professional experience Fluency in English and Frenchother languages a plus Experience designing and executing international marketing and PR campaigns Experience living andor working in Europe, preferably in multiple European markets Familiarity with the diverse media, political and business landscapes throughout Europe Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, readerfriendly language Excellent project, time, and budget management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a highgrowth, startup culture PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Strong capabilities in other languages esp. German, Luxembourgish, and Japanese a plus Previous experience in sales, communications agency or managing external agencies desired Previous experience in sales and sponsorship an asset
