Your Challenge Given the expansion of our Mission Control activities, we are looking for an experienced software architect fm with a university education in software engineering and experience in software design and development. You will work on our site in Hoeilaart and perform the following tasks within a project team Contribute to software engineering and modelling activities Contribute to the setup and technical development of the project Be the interface for the technical matters with the Customer or Prime organizations Report to the Project management based in Hoeilaart. The project team is integrated in a larger consortium team responsible for the development of the future Mission Control Centre product line for our customer in France. Your Profile Education you have a university degree in software engineering or computer science Experience you have at least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in software design and development Essential skills Service oriented architecture development Understanding of the software development lifecycle Software design using UML 2.0 with Rational Software Architect or Enterprise Architect Software development in C, C or Python Development environment setup within LINUX Desirable skills Experience with open source RDBMS PostGreSQL, MySQL Experience with configuration tool SVN, Git Experience with virtualization tool VMWare Experience with graphical interface development tool Qt Experience with continuous integration tool Jenkins Software design and development using ECSS E40 Preparation of responses to Invitation to tenders Languages you speak and write French and English.
