Inside of the SPO Secondment we offer the following career option Senior Software Developer mfd Reference no. 200112 Your Mission Conception Analysis of requirements, abstraction and conception of generic system functions for voice systems, TMTC processing, measurement and monitoring systems, KPI tools and operational software systems Requirements management with internal and external customers Analysis of existing SW components for data and information management Conception of system renewals for existing and new software products Coordination of interfaces to other internalexternal systems Implementation Design, implementation and test of software modules according to engineering guidelines using modern methods, tools and technologies, using existing frameworks Programming and visualization of interfaces, databases, etc. Realization of evaluation algorithms in real time and postprocessing of raw data Execution of error analyses Handover of developed software modules to the company Active implementation or support of SW tool operation Training development of training materialstraining and support of the GfR operation team Documentation and presentation of technical results in English language Further development Enhancement of the software products at project partners and customers Further development of the software to integrate new interfaces Your qualification Hold a degree in the field of computer science or equivalent Several years of experience in the development of Java EE based solutions in SOA and Open Source frameworks Spring, Vaadin, JSF, Hibernate using the usual tools like Eclipse, Git and Maven in the Linux environment Several years of experience in the administration of Linuxbased systems Very good knowledge in conception and administration of relational databases, preferably MySQL Practical experience with JS frameworks AngularJS, bootstrap and Python Several years of experience in agile software development Several years of experience in traditional software development Very good knowledge of requirements management for software development on both client and contractor side Experience with software development standards in the aerospace industry is desirable Strong analytical skills and distinctive service orientation Communicative personality with a high level of initiative Experience in working with commercial companies Willingness to travel on business Willingness to undergo security clearance 2 Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
