Intended for MEMS-based pressure sensor modules, MAS6503 uses ratiometric ADC principle employing delta-sigma (∆Σ) conversion technique and communicates via 2-wire I²C serial bus interface. This 24-bit piezo resistive sensor signal interface IC, operating from 1.8–3.6 V, consumes 18.3 µA — with one pressure conversion in 1 sec at max resolution and including sensor bridge current. Effective number of bits (ENOB) of ADC is 17.4 bits, and over sampling ratio has 5 values to choose from.
