Sentencing for Melvin rescheduled to April 15

Sentencing for Thomas D. Melvin has been rescheduled a couple of times and is now set for Friday, April 15. Melvin, of Griffin, and two others entered guilty pleas to securities fraud on Nov. 17, 2015 before U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr., in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Newnan Division.
