Devices provide read speeds up to 133 MHz in Single/Dual/Quad I/O and 66 MHz in DTR modes. Products also deliver up to 532 Mbps of read throughput and erase time of 78 Kbps. Supporting extended temperature of -40 to +105°C, series is suited for automotive, industrial, medical, and networking applications as well as smart meters and digital cameras.
