This role comprises the following tasks Provide IT support to the projects, investigating and resolving issues reported by users Maintain the programme infrastructure to a high standard Define, deliver and support programme specific IT projects and solutions. Maintaining system documentation Management of a member of the IT team Reporting to programme stakeholders This is a fast paced programme and as such its needs are complex and varied so good knowledge of networks and systems along with a hands on approach are required.
