We operate and manage the constellation of Galileo satellites in the Galileo Control Center Oberpfaffenhofen on behalf of the European Commission. Inside of the Operations Department we offer the following career option Service Level Manager Your Mission As a Service Level Manager you will be responsible for tracing of fulfilment of service obligation based on the contractual agreements with GfRs customer in the Galileo control center in Oberpfaffenhofen. You will assume the following duties Defining and accompanying service transitions due to changed requirements, changed targets for KPIs, etc. by close interaction with line managers of the project Identifying impacts on schedule, risks and cost Generating all required project reports, such as weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Generating and tracking of VCDs based on the applicable requirements of the contract Defining together with supply chain management contractual obligations for industrial subcontractors Close coordination with all internal and external IF for technical and managerial matters Support to change management by generating inputs to proposals or change requests for subcontractors, e.g. providing schedules, KPIs, etc. Support to improvement management processes by generating inputs to proposals etc. Coordination of majorminor milestones. Collecting and compiling data packs as well as following up RIDs from customer. Your Qualification University degree in Engineering, business engineering or similar Good understanding of space and ground infrastructure and design in space projects or comparable experience in technical environments Strong skills in reporting Good communication skills and interaction with various teams Follow up on statement of compliances and tracing of fulfilment of requirements Evaluation and planning of service transitions including scheduling, risks, cost and impact on service provisioning, e.g. KPIs Handling of requirements, from design to verification and tracing of fulfilment Experience in contract management or good knowledge about handling of KPIsSLAs definition, design, measurement and reporting are an advantage Independent, proactive and solution oriented worker Very good knowledge of English Our Offer Collaboration in the European lighthouse project Galileo trusting and appreciative cooperation in an international environment international team spirit 30 days annual leave compatibility of career and family life e.g. through flexible working time models in the context of company requirements Extra benefits such as awo lifebalance a varied personnel development program individual career options for example through secondments to partner agencies enterprises abroad employerfinanced retirement plan attractive location with a high recreational value in the fivelakes region near Munich and much much more ...
