A Spanish leader company in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific services with more than 45 years of experience working for NASA and 35 years working for ESA seeks a candidate for a postion of Corporate Exhibitions And Events Organisation Specialised communication and administrative services are requested by the Exhibitions and lmages Office for the organisation and follow up of institutional and public exhibitions and events in an international environrnent. Language of services are French, English and German. THE POSTHOLDER SHALL Communication services Daily contacts with exhibition and event organisers and follow up ofthe organisation Planning of the exhibitions and events preparation steps Daily monitoring of the coordination of the various parties involved Contractors, European Institutions in ESA Member States, local authorities, Museums and other public entities Revision of texts and images used for exhibitions and events Presence at the ESA exhibitions and events for their monitoring and running Management of the ESA highlights standard exhibition material Administrative services Implementation and follow up of budgetary and procurement actions for exhibitions and events. PROFILE REQUESTED The requested profile is M2 The following skills are essential Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills in an intemational environment Excellent knowledge of intemational exhibitions Good knowledge of ESA programmes and missions Able to take responsibilities and work in an autonomous way Capacity to identify priority actions and to keep high quality of work under pressure Knowledge of accounting Experience as a user of SAP Good knowledge of ESA corporate applications is an asset Familiarity with modem office automation tools and techniques, m particular Microsoft office Proficient in French, English and German 3.1.3 DELIVERABLES Report on contacts status and possible problems and opportunities weekly Updated plans of preparation of exhibitions and events and related procurement weekly Effective support on the site ofthe exhibitions and events as requested Revised texts and images for multimedia supports as requested POs, GRNs, procurement status reports weekly Report on ESA highlights standard material utilisation quarterly 3.1.4 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Assessment by the customer of quality of servce rendered, on a rate scale 1 to 1O 7 being considered the mnimum acceptable value, as regarding the following criteria quality and timely presentation of deliverables punctuality understanding of objectives capability of interacting with ESA staff and suppliers overall appraisal of service quality Applications Interested candidates should send cv and cover letter to curriculumisdefe.es by 7th October 2013.
