Four people were injured, one seriously, on Thursday afternoon following a chemical explosion at the DOW Chemical Company in North Andover, according to the state fire marshal's office. The Masssachusetts Department of Fire Services responded to 60 Willow St., site of Dow Chemical, for a chemical explosion around 2:30 Thursday.
