Several German investors in K+S AG are increasingly losing patience with the management's rejection of a takeover approach from rival Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, as the recent drop in commodity prices makes a deal more appealing. K+S has twice rebuffed Potash Corp.'s advances in recent months, and the stalemate has some hoping the Canadian company will place a hostile bid on the terms already offered.
