Deadline 19112018 Client and Location For one of our main customers ESAESTEC, we are currently looking for IT support for ESAWide SharePoint Proximity Service at Local Sites. Tasks and Responsibilities The objective of this work package is to manage the SharePoint second line calls support and Developments including the implementation and maintenance of these Developments. The scope of this work package is any Share point call for second line supportdevelopment requested by a local customeruser. The user community is the whole ESA community over all sites the local customersusers are located at any ESA site. The service shall be provided on site from ESTEC. As it is a second line support, it is expected to have, a priori, no more than 20 of the ESA staffonsite contractors getting access to this second line support. A priori, no request is refused. If a call is requiring more than 5 working days or if it is considered out of current standard second line support SharePoint scope, it shall lead to a Development Request. The service shall provide corrective maintenance on any delivered solution e.g. in case of SharePoint upgrades, any prior implementation will need to be verified. If a Development requires the intervention of another team, the service team shall manage the interaction with this other team for delivering the Development. It is expected to cover a minimum 0f 20 Development Requests of more than 5 mandays per year. The contractor shall provide and answerimplement a solution for the SharePoint needs expressed by local customers via a call or a Development request is a request originating from a customer, which goes through an internal ESA approval process before being acted upon. The Service covers the management of Sharepoint Customer Needs. Experience and education Specialist An experienced technician with strong technical skills in Sharepoint 2013 and 2016 as well as office templates Customer Interface An experienced technician with strong customer management experience in the context of Sharepoint developments 10 years experience Bachelors degree.
