Providing 1,000 N grip force, Accelerate® Sheet Metal Gripper features non-protruding jaw design that operates in tight spaces. Unit offers 30° or 75° opening angles, 33 ms grip and release actuation time, and 3 sensor options. Bottom jaw features integrated part-present sensor, while side-mounted, double-blank sensor is adjustable and prevents incorrect material pickups. Side-mounted, optical-material sensor option works with all metals, including aluminum.
