Shells subsidiary BG Asia Pacific Holdings and Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) have agreed to cancel the $900m agreement to sell Shell Integrated Gas Thailand (SIGT) and Thai Energy (TEC).
