Supplied in TO-39 package, SQXO-2ATHG can withstand shock levels up to 8,000 g for 0.5 msec, ½ sine, for use in such applications as underground boring tools, down hole instrumentation, and avionics. Frequencies are available from 32.768 kHz to 50 MHz, and products can be specified to operate from 3.3 or 5 V supply. Providing CMOS output and start up time of under 5 msec, fully RoHS-compliant oscillators consume as little as 3.0 mA and come in variants available for operation up to 200°C.
