Diversity in technology today is a hot issue, with lawsuits in Silicon Valley and discouraging numbers from Facebook and Google that show just how little gender diversity companies have in technology positions. Lisa Davis , a Houston member of the managing board for Siemens AG , was recently named one of the 50 most powerful women in technology by the California Diversity Council.
