Siemens wins 273m HVDC contract for ALEGrO interconnector project

Siemens has secured a 273m contract to deliver two high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) converter stations for Aachen Lige Electricity Grid Overlay (ALEGrO), the first electricity interconnector between Germany and Belgium.
