Sierra Manor residents in Reno to get new TV service

Residents at the Sierra Manor retirement home came to News 4 with complaints of their television service, and months later they have an answer as to when it's expected to be working again. In July 2015, tenants asked News 4 to investigate their unstable cable connection.
