Supporting real-time rating across 2G, 3G, and 4G-LTE networks to enrich or consolidate diameter flows therein, Acision Diameter Intelligent Signalling Controller (DiSC) lets mobile operators broker and route local and international voice traffic generated by all of their networks. Flexible routing and load-balancing mechanisms prevent overload of network elements while effectively charging all traffic in real-time and providing designated QoS for selected traffic streams.
