Offered in TO-220A package, ASCT625A Series withstands shock loading of large current and is commonly used in solid-state relays, motorcycles, power chargers, and power tools. Single-phase, EMI-resistant devices feature repetitive peak off-state voltage and repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600 V, as well as max on-state voltage of 1.60 V, continuous DC gate trigger current of 40 mA, and DC holding current of 50 mA. Maximum operating junction temperature is -40 to +125°C.
