Having received its Air Operator's Certificate, NokScoot says it hopes to launch its service to serve the demand of passengers "as soon as possible". SINGAPORE: NokScoot - a joint venture between Thailand's Nok Air and Singapore's Scoot - has officially received its Air Operator's Certificate from the Department of Civil Aviation of Thailand, Singapore Airlines said in a stock market filing on Tuesday .
