Singapore to Help India Boost Semiconductor Manufacturing

India Electronics and Semiconductor Association signs a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association to establish and develop trade and technical cooperation between both the countries. Although no news is coming out from the Indian government nor from two consortia that are investing $10 billion to set up of the two semiconductor wafer fabrication plants, the Indian semiconductor industry doesn't seem miffed and is going about doing things in a different way.
