Around 50 protesters marched from City Hall to the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. building a distance of about 3 blocks on P Street in Fresno to bring attention to ballot measure Yes on 23. This measure, if it passes, would essentially neutralize AB 32, the global warming act that was passed by voters in 2006.
