February 2016 Brian Skutta, has become the Executive Vice President of Dealer Sales and Service at TruCar, reporting to Chip Perry, who recently became CEO at TruCar. Skutta, an online automotive and software industry veteran, assumes a new position created to strengthen relationships and improve services across the TrueCar Certified Dealer network. He was formerly CEO of AutoAlert.
