Plugging into standard 110 V outlet, SLYDEATER™ uses 2-step crushing system to pulverize 10,000 glass microscope slides/hour and obliterate any identification affixed to those slides. Glass dust is automatically deposited into no-tape collection box with integrated locking lid. When full, flashing indicator light notifies operator and box can be closed and thrown out as regular waste. With flip of lever, SlydEater will also shred histology wax cartridges or blocks into unrecognizable mulch.
