(Telecompaper) Slovak regulator RU decided on the obligation of mobile operators O2 Slovakia, Orange Slovakia and Slovak Telekom to provide national roaming services for the operator Swan Mobile, operating under the brand 4ka. The decision comes after disputes between the new player Swan Mobile and the established operators. Swan Mobile complained that the other operators did not provide national roaming, even though they were obliged so by the conditions of the LTE licences.
