Based on multi-core architecture, 1.25 GHz Model SC8825 supports dual-mode TD-SCDMA/HSPA and EDGE/GPRS/GSM, while Model SC6825 supports EDGE/GPRS/GSM. Single-chip devices integrate dual-core 1.25 GHz Cortex-A5 processor, dual-core Mali 400 graphics processor, and multimedia and hardware accelerators. Pin-to-pin compatible, both are further paired with multimode RF transceiver. Chipsets support HD 1,280 x 720 LCD display, H.264 720p video playback, and up to 8 MP RGB camera.
