Demand for smartphones made by major companies like Apple and Samsung as well as a handful of Chinese players is expected to fuel growth for Qorvo Inc. in the mobile device market over the next year. About 80 percent of Qorvo's revenue comes from the mobile device market, mostly from selling components to smartphone makers such as Apple .
