Smithfield Foods parent considers takeover in Spain

Two months after completing a $7.1 billion takeover of Smithfield Foods Inc., Chinese food conglomerate Shuanghui International Holdings Ltd. is reported to be considering a bid for another big meat processor this one in Spain.
