ATG is currently recruiting a Software Development Engineer our clients premises in the Stuttgart area Germany. The company develops and produces travelling wave tubes for satellites and acts as a competence centre for space components and subsystems. Tasks and Responsibilities Specification, design, implementation, verificationvalidationqualification and documentation of technicalscientific software interfacing with external hardware Measurement Equipment, FPGA, realtime software, embedded software Development of automated test solution software Contributions to the system design and verification Participation in agile work organization and projectspecific reporting Experience and Education Degree in software or electrical engineering. 3 years of experience in the field of software development in smallmedium software projects. Expert in objectoriented software development with JAVA, Eclipse RCP e4. Good experiences in CC, XML programming, and Domain Specific Language Technology based on xTextxBase. Good experience in Logging, Storage and Replay Techniques using JAVA andor C. Familiar with in JNI Swig. Familiar with related programming language, e.g. Python and Matlab. Good experience with virtualization techniques, e.g. VirtualBox, VMWare, KVMQEMU. Good experience with version control GIT. Familiar with Continuous Integration using Jenkins, SonarQube SonarSource. Familiar with Agile development principles and tools, e.g. JIRA. Expert in Linux programming with CentOS 67 RHEL. Good experience in Client Server development. Familiar with VISA protocol for programming of Measurement Equipment Good experience with MSWindows Win7 and MSOffice Tools, MSOutlook, etc. Fluency English, German would be appreciated.
