The Position We are looking for C software engineers to develop solutions for Air Traffic Control ATC projects being deployed by our customer, the Deutsche Flugsicherung DFS. One project is a planningtype system, the other is a monitoring system. Both have already been deployed at many client sites. You will be working in a team which comprises developers and testers, and will take part in the full software development lifecycle. You will participate, contribute, think and be creative! Qualifications Experience A university degree in aerospace, informatics, mathematics or physics Sound knowledge of C Mandatory skills GNU C is an absolute must! Qt5 experience vital, as this forms the basis of the HMI In addition, you should have experience with gdb, STDLib, C sanitiser tools We really need engineers who can offer Python, bash and JSON The version control systems git is being employed Project makes use of the ticketing systems Jira and Trac Good command of the English and German languages Desirable skills Some knowledge of planning algorithms would be advantageous Experience of designing software that is highly configurable would be great, as the system infrastructure is rolled out for various different clientssites You should be able to take responsibility for your work and be selfreliant.
