Software Engineer for Training Solutions MF Telespazio VEGA Deutschland has been supporting the European Space Industry for over 30 years, including ESA, DLR, EUMETSAT and CNES. We are looking for a degree educated engineer aerospace, informatics, mathematics or physics degree with at least 2 years of software development, maintenance and support experience for the development and maintenance of Helicopter Maintenance Simulators. RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES As a team member contributing to the software design and modelling as well as the maintenance and validation of the training solutions for helicopter maintenance teams. QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE A university degree in aerospace, informatics, mathematics or physics Strong experience in software development and maintenance ESSENTIAL SKILLS C and Java programming languages Development under Windows with Visual Studio Interest in applications modelling simulating technical equipment Fluency in spoken and written German Fluency in spoken and written English DESIRABLE SKILLS OSG exporter for 3DSMax MS Office Suite Experience with Source Code Control Systems You must be eligible to live and work in the EU,the acquisition of a security clearance is mandatory for this position.
