Available for ½–3 in. pipe sizes, Type A and AR valves feature cast bronze, globe pattern bodies with NPT ends and packless construction with continuous duty coils for all voltages. No differential pressure is required to open, and design facilitates service while in pipeline. While Type A valves are NC (energize to open), Type AR valves are NO (energize to close).
