Made of special sub-micron grain carbide grade for abrasion resistance and durability, EF Series features multi-layer PVD coating that resists chipping/cracking for extended tool life. Flute construction enables optimized chip evacuation, while self-centering design allows drilling in one shot, eliminating peck cycles and pre-spot operations. Products are available in 3XD, 5XD, and 8XD drill styles in solid and coolant-fed designs.
