Used for drilling depths from approximately 2 x D, X•treme Pilot 180 comes in 1/8–7/8 in. dia, features internal cooling (emulsion or oil), and supports use with coolant pressures as low as 145 psi. Point angle is 180°, and corner protection chamfer maximizes reliability. Along with 4 margins for optimum alignment, features include TFT coating for protection against wear. Drill can be used for cross holes, spot-facing inclined or convex surfaces, and counterboring drilled holes.
