(Telecompaper) Music streaming website SoundCloud has announced the launch of a new paid subscription service called SoundCloud Go, available for iOS and Android users in the US. For USD 9.99 per month for Android and desktop devices and USD 12.99 for iOS devices, subscribers will get ad-free access to "125 million tracks from 12 million creators", including three major labels and over 20,000 independent labels. Subscribers will also be able to listen to the expanded catalogue offline on their mobile device. A 30-day free trial is available and the company said it plans to launch the service in the rest of the world later this year.
