Business Day: THE Treasury is asking for public comment by July 29 on draft regulations published at the weekend, detailing how companies can offset their liability for a carbon tax that will be introduced in 2017. Carbon tax puts a price on the emission of greenhouse gases to encourage companies to save energy or switch to more environmentally friendly fuels.
