John Bagwell, Orangeburg DPU The morning shift at a manufacturing facility began as usual on Feb. 18, 2012, with the world’s largest Ibuprofen plant gearing up for another day of all-out production. But at 8:27 a.m., the plant and its more than 300 employees were plunged into sudden darkness.
