LSE Space GmbH is looking for an experienced Space Segment Maintenance Engineer mf to join the the Galileo Mission in Oberpfaffenhofen near MunichGermany. The core tasks of the position will be Anomaly investigation, root cause analysis and anomaly reports handling Maintenance and update of operational documentations included Spacecraft User Manuals and Known Anomaly Databases Spacecraft Performance Analysis including the generation, screening and processing of the satellite trend reports identification of problems, reoccurence of anomalies Coordination of the Level 3 SSEG Support Support improvements of SSEG Maintenance process and procedures Development and support validation of spacecraft anomaly recovery strategies and workarounds Provide onconsole support for special operations when needed Provide inputs for Operation and Engineering Reports Provide Subject Matter Expertise for developing training material Support Database tuning definition of OOLs and review OOL settings in cunjunction to trend analyses Suppport SCTC Campaigns inputs for SCTC sequence, analysis of results on onconsole support for special operations Adapt procedures to new databases and procedures delivered by industry Spacecraft Engineering Analysis to support Customer driven requests Required profile Experience from AIT tasks and or satellite engineeringdevelopment at industry mandatory this experience gained in the frame of Galileo is an asset Experience in space projects at industry level Experience in spacecraft design and manufacturing Expert knowledge of at least one of the following satellite subsystems AOCS, Galileo payload or TCS Good level of spoken and written English Good communication and negotiation skills Good analytical skills and high flexibility Team player Stress resilient Experience in spacecraft operations would be an asset Educational requirements BachelorsMasters degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline Benefits A permanent employment contract.
