Spark is poised to launch an attack on the Commerce Commission's broadband pricing, demanding it justify why wholesale internet prices are "massively out of line" with other similar countries. Today the company, previously known as Telecom, launches the becounted.org.nz website in a bid to influence the Commerce Commission's final process for determining the price Chorus can charge for accessing its copper network.
