Spartech CEO Holt to receive $5 million 'golden parachute'

If Spartech's previously announced, $393 million acquisition by PolyOne Corp. closes, Spartech CEO Victoria Holt would receive a golden parachute valued at $5.1 million, according to a document filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
