Wildwood Corporate Centre is on Wildwood Forest Drive, just off Interstate 45 and about one mile north of Exxon Mobil Corp.'s new corporate campus in Springwoods Village. Houston-based Archway Properties broke ground on the first phase, Wildwood Corporate Centre I, in early 2013 after The Woodlands-based GeoSouthern preleased half the space, the Houston Chronicle reported at the time .
