Used with R&S FSW spectrum analyzer, R&S DSA DOCSIS Snapshot Analysis Software makes it possible to characterize downstream signals up to 192 MHz. Program analyzes I/Q samples recorded by R&S FSW and outputs diverse MER values as well as bit and codeword error statistics that comprehensively describe quality of DOCSIS 3.1 signal. By providing graphical display of MER vs. subcarrier, software allows detection of interferers and other negative influences in transmission channel.
