Spilled package at UPS brings cannabis charge

A Champaign man who admitted to police he was having cannabis shipped to his home has been charged with unlawful cannabis trafficking. Conar J. Kitt, 22, who listed an address in the 800 block of South Fourth Street, was also charged with possession with intent to deliver cannabis.
