Axial forces are compensated by axial ball bearings in gearhead's output stage, and reduction ratios possible in integrated planetary gearhead makes spindle drive suited for dynamic applications. Offered with metric steel spindles or ceramic spindles, 8 mm GP 8 S features 2 pre-loaded ball bearings that serve as axial bearing. M3 x 0.5 mm spindle is designed for feed forces up to 32 N in short-term operation.
