Sprint -9.9% as it plans 'radical' network overhaul; tower firms dip

Sprint has a "radical" plan to overhaul its cell network that could save up to $1B -- but might result in hiccups along the way. The carrier plans to relocate radio equipment from towers leased from private companies, namely Crown Castle and American Tower , onto cheaper properties owned by the government, Re/code reports.
