Sri Lanka Apparel Exports in 1st Half 2018 (Country Report)

2018-11-14 19:25:50| EmergingTextiles.com

Sri Lanka's apparel exports have recovered in the first months of the year, mostly due to a surge in sales to continental Europe, whereas shipments to the U.K. and the United States have however fallen. After Cambodia and Myanmar, Sri Lanka is now threatened by EU's Commission to lose its duty-free access if the current political crisis results in a deterioration of human rights in the country. Our statistical tables provides a comprehensive view of latest and historical export trends with export data covering the last 10 years. Detailed EU and US import data per category of products over the first quarter 2018 are also available.
